Beware credit-card fees on foreign buys

So many consumers have No Idea this is going on...even the consumers that pay their bill in full each month. The government should make the banks and credit card companies disclose their profit margin on this one fee, like VISA was required to do so. Funny how the banks turn these regulatory changes into Profit Centers. For a true No Fee VISA check with my credit union if you are fortunate enough to live or work in York County, Maine.
